Moped rider

Earlier on today a moped rider with L plates on, who was parked in a disabled bay on Maxwell Road, was asked to move from the spot as he was not disabled, he decided to ride up onto the kerb, where he was then given a section 59 warning by officers from Northwood SNT, he wasn't happy though, ride your moped properly in future!
